Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions

*Sweepstakes Terms and Conditions:
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
  • Eligibility: The sweepstakes is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of RAIN Bottling Co LLC (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate.
  • Sweepstakes Period: The sweepstakes begins on June 8, 2023, at 12:01 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on June 30, 2023, at 11:59 PM ET (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible.
  • How to Enter: Participants can enter the sweepstakes by scanning the QR code on the CMA Fest bottles and completing the form on the designated page. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
  • Prize: The winner of the sweepstakes will receive two (2) club-level tickets to CMA Fest 2024. Tickets grant access to nightly stadium performances and Fan Fair X. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives. Any additional perks or benefits related to the prize will be detailed to the winner separately.
  • Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will be conducted within 60 days after the end of the Sweepstakes Period. The winner will be notified by email within 30 days after the drawing. If the winner fails to respond within 30 days of notification or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, an alternate winner may be selected.
  • Taxes and Fees: The winner is solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the prize. The Sponsor will not provide any financial assistance or compensation for such expenses.
  • Publicity Release: By accepting the prize, the winner grants the Sponsor and its agents the right to use their name, likeness, and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
  • Sponsor’s Exclusion and Release: The Sponsor acknowledges that the Country Music Association, Inc. (CMA) and its agents are excluded from the eligibility clause of this sweepstakes. However, the Sponsor adds CMA and its agents as released parties in the rules and any release forms/waivers that any winner, guest, and/or participant is required to sign.
  • Sponsorship Disclaimer: Country Music Association, Inc. is not a sponsor of this promotion. This sweepstakes is solely sponsored by RAIN Bottling Co LLC.
  • General Conditions: The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant found tampering with the entry process or violating these terms and conditions. The Sponsor also reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the sweepstakes if it becomes technically corrupted or if fraud or technical problems compromise the integrity of the sweepstakes, as determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion.
  • Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Georgia. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
